25 Days of Christmas Tags

How many of you are ready for the holidays? Ok, yea, me either...but I absolutely love Christmas! I am one of those people that as soon as Halloween is over, I am anxiously and excitedly awaiting the bombardment of all that is the holidays. Christmas music on the radio, new displays up at every store that you go to, ads on TV, you name it!

Well, to get you in the holiday spirit and to hopefully help you to prepare for the upcoming festivities, I am sharing the tag that I made for the 8th annual  25 Days of Christmas Tags hosted by Tracey McNeely! I was delighted to be able to participate in this yearly collaboration with crafting companies from all over! Today is the day that Lawn Fawn is being featured and I created a shaker tag using some oldies, but goodies and some newer products in their line.

I love all that is Mason jars too so, I combined the jar from the How You Bean? stamp set and die cut it using the How You Bean? Shaker Add-On set. I used images from the Winter Village, Ready, Set, Snow, and Christmas Dreams stamp sets to create a cute little wintery scene. I stamped the speech bubble and sentiment from the Say What? Christmas Critters set on a piece of vellum and die cut it using the coordinating die. To turn the jar into a tag, I used the top part of the tag from the same set and inserted it between the layers. I finished the tag off with some Peppermint Lawn Trimmings. I love a good pop of red on my projects!

As always, thank you so much for stopping by! Please be sure to visit Tracey's blog for more fun and information. I hope that you have a fantastic day!

  1. Oh Megan, this is so adorable, you did an amazing job on your tag. I love all things mason jar related too so this is right up my alley.
And NO, I am NOT ready (as in prepared) for Christmas however, I am ready for the build up with the music, ads, etc. and dare I say SNOW? Although I am not a fan of winter, we received 10 inches of fresh white fluff last night and I have to admit, it does look pretty and makes me want to go make tags in my craft room, which I plan to do after all of this amazing INSPIRATION! TFS!

    1. I adore Mason jars and was so excited when Lawn Fawn came out with this set! 10 inches of snow already? We rarely receive that much snow where I live, but love snow. It is so beautiful! I hope that you get to get crafty and enjoy being inside where it's warm with that spectacular view! Thank you for your sweet comment!

  8. Hi Megan, What a fabulous tag item. I wouldn't have thought to use that stamp and die (which I own and have never used!) as a gift tag. Thanks for the inspiration.
