Lawn Fawn Garden Magic Iris Card

Hello! Thank you for stopping by today! I know that with everything going on in the world right now, even the simple things can get overwhelming. I hope that the card that I have to share with you today will inspire you and lift a bit of the heaviness that I think we all feel right now.

Lawn Fawn recently released an incredible new interactive die set called the Magic Iris, along with two add on die sets to make it even more versatile. I love it so much! The design is simply amazing and unbelievably easy to use. Yep, the creative geniuses at Lawn Fawn have done it again!

For my card today, I combined the Magic Iris Die Set with several stamp sets (new and older) to create a fun little garden scene. I started out by stamping my images on Lawn Fawn White Cardstock using a brown hybrid ink and then colored them in using Copic Markers.

The initial scene has a sentiment from the Love Poems Stamp Set saying, "If you were a flower,". When you pull the tab located at the top right of the front panel, the center opens up to reveal...

...another adorable mouse peaking over the top of another plant stake to complete the sentiment with "I would pick you!"

This theme would be perfect as a pick me up for someone that you know might be struggling during this time or any other time really. It is cheery and jam packed with Lawn Fawn critter cuteness!

Thank you again for visiting with me today! Please be sure to pop on over to the Lawn Fawn Blog for more information on this card, including a complete supply list with quick links to the Lawn Fawn Shop. I'm sending you all virtual hugs and love! Stay safe and healthy and I will be back soon to share more card ideas. Bye for now!

  1. This is so stunningly gorgeous, Megan! I absolutely LOVE all the beautiful colors, your amazing ink blending, and how you brought in the older stamp sets. Such a precious scene, and it really is EXTRA heartwarming and means even more during these difficult times to see sweet things like this! 💕 And P.S. I don't remember ever seeing that cute Yay Kites set! I see it's from quite awhile ago! Hmm, might just have to get that one! 😋
