I am so thrilled to be stampeding along with the Mama Elephant blog hop today! The design team has created some wonderful inspiration to share with you and I have links to their blogs so that you can join in on the fun!

For my card today, I created a sweet holiday scene to share with you using a mix of old and new products. I combined the new Sincerely Yours Stamp Set with the previously released Merry Mantle Stamp Set for my card.

I am a huge fan of Aida Zamora and her gorgeous creations! She illustrated the new Sincerely Yours Stamp Set and these bunnies could not be cuter!

I began by stamping my images out with a brown Copic friendly ink onto 80 lb Neenah Smooth Solar White Cardstock. I then colored them using Copic Markers and cut them out using the coordinating Creative Cuts.

I then die cut the scalloped rectangle from the Slim Window Dressing Creative Cuts from Bristol Smooth Cardstock. I masked the edges using Post It Tape. I then used a brick stencil and blended Distress Oxide Ink (Antique Linen, Vintage Photo, Candied Apple, Peacock Feathers, and Black Soot) over the top to create the foreground of my scene.

For the whimsical wallpaper effect behind my images, I again blended Distress Oxide Ink (Speckled Egg, Faded Jeans, and Chipped Sapphire) across the panel. I then flicked diluted Copic White and a gold metallic watercolor from the Gansai Tambi Starry Colors Palette over the top.

Once my background was dry, I adhered the images using a combination of liquid glue, glue dots, and foam adhesive to give the illusion of depth. I then layered the focal panel onto a piece of navy cardstock and my card is complete!
