Hi friends! It's time for the Mama Elephant March 2021 Release and the design team has created some amazing inspiration to share with you! At the end of this post there is a list for the blog hop with links to take you to each stop. There are prizes to be won so be sure to hop and comment along the way!
The new release is super adorable and there is definitely a hero vibe going on with this one. Two new Little Agenda sets are here to save the day and some amazing Creative Cuts to help set the scene. Today, I am sharing a card using the new Little Superhero Agenda. Without further ado, let's get started!
To frame out the scene, I used the new Comic Basic Cover CC to die cut a piece of violet cardstock. I then ink blended the edges using Black Soot Distress Oxide Ink. This creates the perfect comic book scene look with ease.
For the background, I die cut a piece of Bristol Smooth Cardstock using the large stitched rectangle from the Peek A Frame CC. I then masked off where the windows fall on the panel before ink blending each one.
To finish off the card, I stamped the main sentiment using Ninja Sayings in the middle window. I then stamped two sentiments from Comic Sayings onto speech bubbles that I die cut using the Let's Chat CC and adhered those in opposing squares for balance. The die cut words are from the Slim Comic Strip CC and complete the comic book theme perfectly.
