Mama Elephant Stamp Highlight - Owl Are You?
Aida Zamora has created another beautiful and absolutely adorable set for this month's release! It's called Owl Are You? and features the sweetest little owl images and matching sentiments. I created a fun Mega Flipper design to share with you.
I love seeing how nature changes with the passing of each season. This time of year is especially enchanting. Where I live, the leaves are falling off of the trees and the air is taking on a crispness that has me yearning for the upcoming holidays. I wanted to show the four season in my card today; a different season for each panel.
For this design, I chose images from Owl Are You?, My Pet Kitties, Toasty Friends, Stay Warm, and Tree Picking. I picked blue and purple tones for the sky that would be suitable for all year and blended them onto each panel of the Mega Flipper, as well as, the main background panel.
After the inked backgrounds were completely dry, I heat embossed sentiments as the top that coordinated with the scenes that I had created. I wanted the theme to be an encouraging thank you card for a special friend.
As you pull the tab, the scenes transition from Spring, to Summer, Fall, and then Winter.
A thank you sentiment from Note of Thanks completes the Mega Flipper design as the last panel. I hope that my card has inspired you today.
