Mama Elephant Stamp Highlight - Everyday Monkeys
Hello friends! I am back today with another card featuring products from the Mama Elephant January 2022 release. Today, we are highlighting Everyday Monkeys.
Who can resist a troop of cheeky monkeys?! I have fallen head over heels for these little guys. Not only are they precious, but they are a great match for the Little Monkey Agenda monkeys.
To begin my project, I stamped out images from Everyday Monkeys, Little Monkey Agenda, Koala Hugs, and Wish Upon a Star and colored them with Copic Markers. I then used the coordinating die sets to cut them out.
For an even more whimsical feel, I used the wonky stitched rectangle from the new Mod Heart CC for the background. (Add stitching to any die and it's going to be my new favorite!) I blended the panel with Speckled Egg, Faded Jeans, and Chipped Sapphire Distress Inks to create a stormy sky. I then splattered it Faded Jeans and Chipped Sapphire to give it a bit of interest.
I heat embossed a sentiment from Flower Shower to finish the card off. I just love how the adorable group of monkeys is sheltering from the storm under their little banana tree! Thank you for visiting with me today! I will be back with more to share soon.
