Lawn Fawn Fawny Holiday Week

Today is the start of Lawn Fawn Fawny Holiday Week! Who is excited? I have a super cute holiday project to share with you! I created an adorable ornament using the Lawn Fawn Woodland Critter Huggers and Woodland Critter Huggers Winter Add-On Die Sets. I was inspired to create the penguin after seeing Elise's project last month for the Woodland Critter Huggers Winter Add-On Die Set. It was just too sweet!

To create my ornament, I die cut the pieces that I would need from felt that I found in my stash. I then stitched them together using coordinating embroidery floss. The dies cut through the felt beautifully! Who said these dies are only for paper crafting?! Haha!

Sometimes ornaments turn and twist once they are hung on the Christmas tree so, I wanted the back to be finished as well. I even added a heart on his bum as a fun touch!
